Peter Mullan
Peter Mullan qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and joined the firm in 1996. He became a partner in 1998 and has been joint Managing Partner since 2003. His practice is in all areas of Criminal law, and he has handled a large number of cases in the Special Criminal Court, Ireland's non-jury higher criminal court.
For a number of years, he headed the advisory and litigation department, being involved in all areas of litigation, acting for both Plaintiff and Defendant in High Court jury and non-jury cases, and Judicial Review matters.
He has lectured for the Law Society on, among other topics, criminal procedure, the rights of detained persons, and forensic science in criminal litigation. He holds the Certificate of Advanced Advocacy from (US) National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He presently heads the firms District Court section.
